Meet Carol

Hi, I’m Carol Wassner Amado.

For most of my life, I was the person others counted on—at work, at home, in my family.

I spent 20 years in corporate sales, managing teams, traveling constantly, and juggling the demands of a busy career and family life. Like many women, I took pride in being the steady one.

But nothing prepared me for what happened when life blind sided us.

In 2019, within just a few months, I lost both my father and my father-in-law.

One had nothing in place. My husband spent weeks helping his father's widow hunt through drawers, trying to locate

policies, passwords, and answers—hours on the phone talking with banks, financial institutions and attorneys...all while still grieving.

The other… had everything in place—documents labeled, accounts

listed, everything my mom needed organized in a blue folder. It was a plan we could follow step-by-step.

The contrast was staggering. One experience brought peace. The other created chaos.

It was at that point that I knew how I could help other families sharing the system my father had pieced

together the past few years. I realized how unprepared most families are—especially women who are used to taking

care of everything… but aren’t always included in the financial “back end” of the household.

So I created The Blue Folder—a simple, practical and digital system that gives

you one safe place to store everything you’d need if the unthinkable happens:

account info, legal docs, insurance, passwords, contacts, and even

instructions for what to do first.

It’s not just a binder—it’s peace of mind in a time of crisis.

My goal is to help families get prepared, protected, and empowered

—before life throws them a curveball.

This is deeply personal for me.

And if you’re here, I’m guessing it is for you, too.

You don’t have to wait until disaster strikes to take control.

Let me help you get ready—while you still have the time, clarity, and strength to do it with love.
